OPINION ON STATE'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

Appellant was charged by indictment with possession of less than 28 grams of cocaine. On November of 1991, in a trial by jury in the 212th District Court of Galveston County, appellant was found guilty.
