J. CURTISS BROWN, Chief Justice.

Bruce Lape, appellant, was charged under a two count felony indictment with aggravated sexual assault of a child. A jury found him guilty on both counts. After appellant pled true to the two enhancement paragraphs, the trial court assessed punishment at thirty years confinement on each count in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
