This is an appeal from a trial court judgment in an action for damages arising out of two automobile accidents.

FACTS

On July 23, 1990, Howard Jarreau, Jr. was involved in an automobile accident when a vehicle being driven by Erica Hirschey failed to yield the right of way when leaving a private parking lot and struck the right side of Jarreau's vehicle.
