MALONEY, Judge.

A jury convicted appellant of burglary of a building and assessed punishment at life imprisonment after finding he was a habitual offender. This conviction was affirmed. Young v. State, 803 S.W.2d 335 (Tex.App.— Waco 1990). This Court reversed after finding error under Tex.R.Crim.Evid. 611
