HILL, Chief Justice.

Dr. T. Lane Scott, M.D., appeals from a summary judgment that he take nothing in his claims against the appellees, who are also physicians. Scott had staff privileges at Harris Methodist HEB Hospital along with the appellees. He contends in his first five points of error that the court erred in granting the appellees' motion for summary judgment.
