McCuen, Case No 94-951 (opinion delivered October 14, 1994) where the court held two things wrong with the title, namely, (1) it omitted a legal rule used in construing workers' compensation laws and the rule would change, requiring the courts to construe workers' compensation laws "liberally" rather than "strictly...
