These companion appeals arise out of related criminal proceedings in the district court against defendant, Andrew Boros. On January 6, 1993, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney charged defendant with forcible rape, LSA-R.S. 14:42.1, in district court case number 93-68. (Record No. 94-KA-453).
