This appeal arises out of the dismissal of the plaintiff's suit for property damage due to a car accident. We affirm.

Plaintiff, Clayton Clark, filed suit to recover property damages to his pickup truck. The truck was damaged in an accident on May 30, 1990, at the intersection of Highway 67 (Plank Road) and Groom Road in Baker.
