This matter is before the court on a motion for partial summary judgment brought by plaintiff Impulse Trading and a motion for summary judgment brought by defendant Norwest Bank Minnesota. Based upon a review of the file, record and proceedings herein, the court denies plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment and denies in part and grants in part defendant's motion for summary judgment.
