An appeal by Crest Construction, Incorporated (Crest) from an adverse judgment.

The appeal involves certain sub-contracts on three different construction projects. These three projects were referred to during the trial and in the briefs as the "Borden Job", the "Cooper Job", and the "Beaumont Job".
