Lawrence A. Gilman, Jr., appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Hancock County, Smith, J.) on a jury verdict, convicting him of unlawful sexual contact, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255(1)(C) (Class C) (Supp.1993). On appeal, he contends that the court erred in refusing to allow evidence of prior allegations of sexual abuse made by the victim and in refusing to grant a mistrial because of statements made by a juror regarding Gilman...
