The parties, Brenda Dufresne Madere and Mark David Madere, were married on November 28, 1969 and divorced by judgment signed on March 8, 1985, retroactively terminating the community of acquets and gains as of August 22, 1984, the date Mrs. Madere filed her Petition for Divorce.
