Austin Miller appeals the hearing officer's limitation of his right to worker's compensation disability benefits to a two week period. The hearing officer determined that Miller suffered a compensable injury, a torn rotator cuff, when he fell into a deep ditch. However, because Miller suffered a stroke unrelated to his employment, after his fall, the hearing officer concluded that Miller was only entitled to worker's compensation benefits for a two week...
