OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

A timely appeal brought from a conviction for terroristic threat. The appellant was tried by a jury on a plea of not guilty in the County Court of Tyler County. The jury convicted the appellant and the court assessed his punishment at confinement in the Tyler County Jail for six months, a fine of $500 plus all court costs allowed by law, coupled with 200 hours of community service.
