This is an original proceeding in habeas corpus. Petitioner, David Duly, filed his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus with this court on December 17, 1993. Duly is presently in the custody of the Municipal Correction Institute (MCI), following revocation of his parole pursuant to an order of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri.
