This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Royal Indemnity Company (Royal), appellee, ordering that Pioneer Chlor Alkali Company, Inc. (Pioneer), appellant take nothing judgment from Royal. The primary dispute in the case concerns the interpretation of an insurance policy issued by Royal to Pioneer.
