Robert S. Alexander (Defendant) was charged with violating § 566.060, RSMo 1986, by sodomizing his six-year-old stepdaughter between May 28, 1989, and June 16, 1989. Convicted by a jury, he was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment pursuant to the verdict. In Case No. 17863 he appeals from the judgment imposing the sentence.
