YELVERTON, Judge.

This is an appeal by Bobby Slaydon, the plaintiff, from a judgment dismissing his suit against the Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries, and three of its agents, McAlpin, Poston, and Weldon, on an exception of no cause of action. We affirm.

Slaydon filed suit for false arrest against the State and the wildlife agents. The petition contained the following summarized allegations.
