POLEN, Judge.

Appellant William Freeman appeals an order on remand from this court, placing him on a new twelve-month probation term. He contends it unlawfully extended the original termination date of his probation. We agree and reverse.

On January 13, 1992, Freeman pled guilty to an arson charge and was sentenced to two years probation. On May 26, 1992, Freeman was found to have violated his probation by committing the offense of loitering and prowling....
