PER CURIAM.

The application for rehearing of Arthur F. Dumaine is denied. Respondent may reapply for reinstatement one year following this court's decision denying his reinstatement. See La.Sup.Ct.Rule 19, § 241.

HALL, J., would grant the rehearing and remand to the Disciplinary Board for a hearing.
