The order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission properly affirmed the appeals referee's finding that appellant's appeal from the Notice of Determination denying her unemployment compensation benefits was untimely. Section 443.151(3)(a), Florida Statutes (1993), provides that a determination on a claim for unemployment compensation benefits becomes final within twenty days after the mailing of the Notice of Determination.
