Defendants VF Corporation ("VF") and Vives Vidal, S.A. have moved, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R.Civ.P., for an order dismissing plaintiffs Warnaco Inc. and Warnaco International Inc.'s (collectively, "Warnaco") first amended complaint (the "Complaint") in its entirety as to VF and dismissing Counts II, III, IV, and V of the Complaint as to Vives Vidal, S.A.
