District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

April 13, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Keith M. Krasnove of Keith M. Krasnove, P.A., Coral Springs, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Sharon A. Wood, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.
