Fisherman's Wharf Associates II (FWA II) appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brennan, J.) in favor of the defendant law firm, Verrill & Dana, on FWA II's complaint seeking damages for the law firm's alleged professional negligence, negligent misrepresentation and breach of contract.
