LIPEZ, Justice.

William I. Smith appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Oxford County, Delahanty, C.J.) affirming a District Court (Rumford, Sheldon, J.) judgment as a matter of law in favor of Robert Welch on Smith's complaint for protection from harassment. 5 M.R.S.A. §§ 4651 to 4660-A (1989 & Supp. 1993). Finding no error, we affirm.
