In this action, plaintiffs are suing petitioner for legal malpractice in the settlement of their suit for property damage against the City of Palos Verdes (hereafter the City). Petitioner demanded production of all documents containing the terms and conditions of plaintiffs' recovery from their own insurer for the same property damage that was the subject of the suit against the City.
