A jury found both plaintiff, Patricia Moll, and defendant, General Automatic Transfer Company (GAT), free of any fault for injuries she sustained while working for Lee Rowan Company. She sustained burns on both legs when she stepped into a pool of hot water inside a washer unit which was designed, manufactured and sold by GAT to Lee Rowan Company.
