Jefa Company, Inc., appellant, appeals the striking of its pleadings as sanctions for discovery abuse. Appellant sued Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company ("Mustang") and Caterpillar, Inc. ("Caterpillar"), referred to collectively as "appellees," seeking damages and an injunction. Appellant alleged that appellees violated Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 15.01 et seq.
