MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CROW, District Judge.

The case comes before the court on the government's motion for continuance of trial pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(3)(A), (7). On January 27, 1994, a pretrial services officer petitioned the court to issue an arrest warrant for the defendant Antonio Ramos as the defendant had absconded from pretrial release supervision. On the same day, the court ordered the issuance of an arrest warrant
