An injured worker received compensation benefits. He also reached a settlement with a manufacturer/defendant in a separate District Court proceeding involving the same injuries. The manufacturer's liability insurer failed, and the worker looks to the Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association.
