OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

Plaintiff estate appeals from the trial court's dismissal of its wrongful death action. We affirm.

FACTS

On February 24, 1991, Martin Haro died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning he had sustained while staying in the home of his ex-wife, Maria Haro. On January 12, 1993, plaintiff brought a wrongful death action against Maria Haro and Juan Haro, claiming that their negligence...
