Respondent, Theodore Alvin Ferkel, appeals from an order entered by the circuit court of Madison County on April 30, 1992, awarding and allocating the marital assets, ordering the sale of the marital residence, denying his request for maintenance, and awarding and ordering the parties' attorney fees to be paid from the proceeds of the sale of the marital residence.
