This is an appeal from a decision by the New Orleans Civil Service Commission concerning the discharge of Mary Preen from the classified service of the City of New Orleans. The commission reinstated Preen from the date of her discharge until the date when her supervisor testified during the hearing before the commission's hearing officer.
