This appeal is taken from the trial court's order granting appellee's motion to dismiss the information. Appellee was charged with the offenses of aggravated battery with a firearm, aggravated assault with a firearm, two counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
