A jury found defendant, Lonnie Harris, guilty of burglary in the second degree, a class C felony, § 569.170 RSMo 1986 and stealing over $150, a class C felony, § 570.030 RSMo 1986. The court sentenced defendant as a prior offender to concurrent four year sentences. Defendant appeals both convictions. Regarding the burglary charge, defendant claims the court erred in allowing the state to file an amended information at the close of the evidence...
