This appeal comes to us from a take-nothing judgment entered in favor of appellee Leonard Gordon ("Gordon"). Appellants challenge the trial court's conditional submission of a jury question, exclusion of a fact witness's testimony, and dismissal of appellee GFTA Trendanalysen B.G.A. Herrdum gmbh & Co., K.G.
