Defendant appeals his conviction for carrying a concealed weapon. ORS 166.240. We reverse.
In the afternoon of November 21, 1992, an officer stopped defendant for failing to stop at a stop sign. Defendant was driving a Cadillac that belonged to the parents of his girlfriend.
