Appellant, Ronnie Hunnel ("Hunnel"), was charged with the misdemeanor offense of driving under the influence ("DUI") in violation of I.C. § 18-8004. The magistrate court advised Hunnel of the nature of the charge against him and of his relevant constitutional rights.
