CANNON, Justice.

Izolda Georgiades appeals from a judgment granting Nicola Di Ferrante's request for a declaration that no common law or ceremonial marriage existed between the parties. That judgment also granted Di Ferrante's request for attorney's fees and issued a permanent injunction.
