CANNON, Justice.

Izolda Georgiades appeals from a judgment granting Nicola Di Ferrante's request for a declaration that no common law or ceremonial marriage existed between the parties. That judgment also granted Di Ferrante's request for attorney's fees and issued a permanent injunction. Georgiades brings three points of error challenging the propriety of the trial court's declaratory judgment, award of attorney's fees, and issuance of the injunction...
