CRIST, Judge.

Defendant appeals after a jury convicted him of sodomy, and the motion court denied his Rule 29.15 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

The following evidence was adduced at trial: In November of 1988, Defendant's children were taken into custody by the Department of Family Services (DFS).
