BOURGET v. STATE

No. 92-04137.

634 So.2d 1109 (1994)

Lori Ann BOURGET, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

April 6, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Kenneth D. Whitfield, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Erica M. Raffel, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Lori Bourget appeals from her sentence for insurance fraud and making a false report to law enforcement and contends that the trial court erred in imposing restitution and probation conditions. We determine that the trial court acted within its discretion in making Bourget jointly and severally liable with the other codefendants for the $11,210 restitution award. See Spivey v. State, 531 So.2d 965 (Fla. 1988)...
