Defendant Leason1 appeals from a judgment requiring him to pay damages to plaintiffs. We affirm.

This appeal follows our remand of the case to the trial court. Alexander v. U.S. Tank & Construction Co., Inc., 114 Or.App. 266, 834 P.2d 532 (1992), rev. den. 315 Or. 442, 847 P.2d 409
