This is an appeal from a decision of the Court of Chancery in an action challenging the will of Elizabeth Waters ("Waters"). The will, executed on December 16, 1988, devises and bequeaths a life estate in the decedent's real and personal property to Waters' cousin, Lillian Young ("Young").
