REYNOLDS, Chief Justice.
Appellant Henry Fuentes, Jr., whom a jury found guilty of two counts of injury to a child, and assessed his punishment at confinement for 99 years for each count to run concurrently, and a $10,000.00 fine for each count, contends the trial court erred in admitting certain evidence and the evidence was insufficient to sustain the jury's verdict.
