OPINION

WALKER, Chief Justice.

Appellant was indicted and tried for the felony offense of Attempted Murder. A jury returned a verdict of guilty on the lesser included felony offense of Aggravated Assault. The jury also found the allegation in an enhancement paragraph true and assessed punishment at twenty (20) years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Appellant raises two points of error for our consideration...
