Plaintiff, Wendy Olsen, suffered significant brain damage while giving birth to twins at defendant, St. Luke's Hospital ("St. Luke's"), after defendant, nurse Nancy Myers ("Myers"), administered an excessive amount of an anesthetic agent to Wendy Olsen during that process.
