This is the Court's decision regarding Sirkin & Levine's, Employer-Appellant, appeal from a decision of the Industrial Accident Board (Board) in which the Board awarded workers compensation benefits to Cathy Timmons, Employee-Appellee. In its decision, the Board found that Timmons contracted Hepatitis-B, an occupational disease, as a result of her employment as a part-time dental hygienist for two separate dental facilities...
