PER CURIAM:

The judgment of the trial court is reversed for the reasons stated in the lead opinion of Judge Sullivan and the concurring opinion of Judge Farrell. Judge King dissents from the opinion of the court for the reasons set forth in his dissenting opinion. Accordingly, this case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

Reversed and remanded.
