Our decision in Jones v. Jones, 606 So.2d 748 (Fla. 5th DCA 1992) was quashed by the supreme court in Jones v. Jones, 624 So.2d 263 (Fla. 1993). The case was remanded to us for reconsideration in light of that court's opinion in Mize v. Mize, 621 So.2d 417 (Fla. 1993), remanded, 623 So.2d 636
