OPINION

DUGGAN, Justice.

This is the appeal of a take-nothing summary judgment in a breach of contract case in favor of appellees, Arrowhead Industrial Water, Inc. (Arrowhead) and Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (Air Products), and against appellant, Industrial Structures and Fabrication, Inc. (Industrial). We affirm.
